  • Student Badges

The Martin County School District is introducing a new student badge identification system.  The main goal is to ensure the continued safety and security of our campuses.  This ID will be used for meals, for library checkouts, and for riding the bus.  It is now SeaWind’s turn to have our student ID’s created, and that will happen over the course of the next few days.

Once your child’s ID has been issued, we ask that you please make sure your child has it on each and every day.  Please do not allow your child to alter or decorate the badge or lanyard.  If the badge is lost, the first replacement is free, but future replacements will cost $5.  Soon we will offer a custom SeaWind lanyard as a school fundraiser, so look for that information in an upcoming Tuesday folder.  Click HERE to watch a quick video with school district officials talking about the student badging initiative.
