The Martin County School Board has approved the following general procedures for graduation ceremonies:

  • Access to campus will not be granted prior to the parking and seating times designated for each school:
    • Jensen Beach High School – 7:30 a.m.
    • Martin County High School – 7:00 a.m.
    • South Fork High School – 7:30 a.m.

  • Graduates must be dressed in their cap and gown wearing flat bottom, closed-toed shoes.

  • Each graduate will be permitted to invite up to four (4) guests. Due to parking limitations and the need to reserve space for all graduates, guests, faculty and staff on each campus, each graduate and their guests must arrive in the same vehicle.  Graduates and guests will enter the stadium at the same time – guests will not be permitted to enter the stadium without a graduate present in their party.  Parking will close once each campus has reached capacity.

  • Masks will be optional for graduates and guests.

  • Hand sanitizing stations will be available for graduates, guests and staff. Graduates and guests will be expected to sit in predesignated areas to allow for the maximum social distancing of all attendees.

  • Once ceremonies have concluded, graduates will be dismissed to parking areas to meet their guests. Guests should immediately make their way to the parking lot at the conclusion of each ceremony. Graduates and guests are asked to exit campus in a timely fashion so that faculty and staff may begin preparing for the school day that will be in session for underclassmen.

  • Members of the Class of 2021 are encouraged to continue monitoring their Senior Class Google Classrooms for additional information about ceremonies.
