  • Project Graduation Volunteers Needed:

We need your help to make sure no 2019 graduate loses their life on the road on Graduation night. Project Graduation is a locally run, nationally developed drug and alcohol-free program designed for graduating seniors that encourages graduates to stay off the streets on graduation night.  Over the past 23 years more than 15,000 seniors from the public high schools in Martin County have participated in Project Graduation, and there have been NO DUI arrests or deaths involving graduates in Martin County on graduation nights since its inception! Managed by non-profit Tykes & Teens and a dedicated group of volunteers, Project Graduation occurs immediately after graduation for 3 consecutive nights at the YMCA of the Treasure Coast for each of the Martin County School District’s public high schools (JBHS, MCHS & SFHS). Nearly 75% of the graduating class from each school attend their respective events. IT TAKES A VILLAGE TO KEEP OUR KIDS SAFE, and we all must do our part. We are asking for a little of your time on graduation night to make all the FUN happen! Together, we can make a difference.

Please use the online form at to sign up for a volunteer position and time slot to support our 2019 SFHS Graduates on the night of Tuesday, May 28th!

If you have any questions, please email me at

Dawn Delaney, SFHS Project Graduation Volunteer Coordinator

Senior Exit forms are the student’s way of identifying where their final transcript will need to go once they graduate.  AND to report their immediate post-grad plans as the data is stored and sent to the State.

THIS YEAR has a NEW online form!

  • Modified Lockdown Information:

Today, a student reported a suspicious person on our campus.  At approximately 10am, South Fork High School went into a modified lockdown in which teaching continued, but student movement was restricted.  The person described was in fact a student on their way to an approved work study program.  Safety is always a priority on our campus; we apologize for the concern and applaud the student who saw something and said something.

  • New School Safety Procedure

Student safety is a critical mission.

In response to recent events and as an added measure, ALL persons on the campus of South Fork High School will be required to visibly wear their student/staff identification on a school approved lanyard around the neck.  Student Id’s and lanyards will be distributed within the first week of school and will be expected to be worn AT ALL TIMES while on campus.

All Martin County School District students and staff are also expected to have their ID during any after-school event or sporting competition. The ID must be available if in attendance at any Martin County School location during after-school hours.

We commit to the safety of our students as if they were our own, your support with ensuring this procedure is followed is greatly appreciated.
