June 16, 2020 - The Martin County School Board approved staff's recommendation to award the Construction Management at Risk Services (CMR) Pre-construction Services contract for the replacement of Jensen Beach Elementary School to Proctor Construction Company, LLC. The negotiated CMR Pre-construction Services Contract includes the cost and scope for services on the project.
July 21, 2020 - Chief Operations Officer Garret Grabowski presented architectural renderings to the School Board.
August 18, 2020 - Chief Operations Officer Garret Grabowski presented a project update to the School Board.
September 24, 2020 - District staff will join representatives of Harvard Jolly Architecture in presenting a virtual update to the community.

May 26, 2020 - The Martin County School Board approved the commencement of work on the project, which was awarded to Kirchman Construction on July 17, 2018.

April 21, 2020 - The Martin County School Board approved the review committee's recommendation to award RFP #5004-0-2020 to Morganti Group. Campus safety enhancements will be funded in part by a school security grant. Projects are underway.
Palm City Elementary School - Complete School Replacement
June 16, 2020 - The Martin County School Board approved staff's recommendation to award the Construction Management at Risk Services (CMR) Pre-construction Services Contract for the replacement of Palm City Elementary School to Paul Jacquin & Sons, Inc. The negotiated CMR Pre-construction Services contract includes the cost and scope of services on the project.

May 26, 2020 - The Martin County School Board will vote on whether or not to approve the PSAC Committee's recommendation for this project.
July 21, 2020 - The School Board awarded the A&E contract to Song & Associates, Inc. in accordance with the recommendation of the PSAC Committee. A&E Services include design and engineering, construction administration and project close-out.
The School Board awarded the Construction Manager At-Risk (CMR) Pre-Construction Services Contract to The Morganti Group, Inc.
