Principal's Message

Ms. Rose Rynca is honored to serve as the Principal of Citrus Grove Elementary.
Ms. Rynca is a native New Yorker who moved to Florida in 1990 and earned a bachelor's degree from Florida Atlantic University in 1993. She has over 30 years of experience, all in Martin County, beginning as an Exceptional Education teacher at Indiantown Middle School, then becoming an ESE Staffing Specialist, coordinator of a variety of programs, and IMS's Assistant Principal. She joined the Citrus Grove Diamondbacks in 2018 as our Assistant Principal, then became our leader in 2023.
Instruction, accountability, and student success are Mrs. Rynca's priorities. She enjoys working closely with parents, community members, and staff to create a wonderful educational experience for all of our Diamondbacks. "I wholeheartedly believe that ALL students can learn at high levels, and I aim to ensure that our students receive a quality education in an environment that is safe and nurturing every day."

Mrs. Danelle Roberts has been a part of the Martin County School District for over 20 years, serving as a Prevention/Intervention Program Specialist, Math Instructional Coach, Data Liaison, and teacher at J.D. Parker Elementary School before becoming our Assistant Principal in 2023.
"Mrs. Roberts' leadership and dedication to educational excellence ...benefit the Citrus Grove learning community," said Superintendent Michael Maine when she earned the role. "Her extensive experience, passion for education, and collaborative spirit make her an excellent choice to help lead CGE to continued success."
