Change in Dismissal

The best plan for students is for them to know how they are getting home before they arrive to school each day. When a change in dismissal must occur, please send in a note stating the student's first and last names, the date(s) of the change, their teacher's name as well as who will be picking them up that day. This note must also be signed by the guardian/parent. Anyone picking up your child must be on the student's yellow card. The note must be turned into the front office in the morning for authorization. Emails to teachers will NOT be accepted. Midday changes MUST go solely through the front office
