  • ๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘ง Elementary limit: Up to 2 chaperones per class

  • โœ… Requirement: Must be a Level 2 volunteer (fingerprinted & approved)

  • ๐Ÿ“ต Phones & chatting: Please keep phones away & avoid side conversations during lessonsโ€”our students need your full attention ๐Ÿ’ก

  • ๐Ÿ’™ Special cases: For medical needs or private schools, chaperone numbers may vary due to transportation ๐Ÿš

๐ŸšŒ Arrival & Check-In

  • MCSD Chaperones โžก๏ธ Please check in at your childโ€™s school first in the morning โœ”๏ธ.
    You will ride the bus with the class ๐Ÿš so students and staff arrive together.

  • Private/Out-of-District Chaperones โžก๏ธ Come directly to the ESC Front Office ๐Ÿซ to be Raptored in for safety ๐Ÿ›ก๏ธ.

  • โŒ Do not discipline students (let the teacher/ESC staff handle it).

  • โŒ No siblings, extra guests, or unapproved visitors.

  • โŒ No wandering from groups.

  • โŒ No personal social media posts of students-unless advised by school administration or teacher.
