ESC Summer Camp 2026 Registration Information 

*Please note the registration process has changed for ESC Summer Camp 2026* 

📝 Steps in the Register Process 

  1. Create a Focus Parent Portal Account if you do not have one already (instructions below). This needs to be done first so that if accepted, the registration form can be pushed out through the Focus Parent Portal.  Detailed instructions are located here. 

  1. Registration link will go live on the ESC website: 8:00 AM on March 11, 2026.

*Please note: This registration link is a Microsoft Form and is part of a new process designed to improve and streamline registration. After submission, forms will be time-stamped and reviewed in the order received. Acceptance is not immediate. Families will be notified of their child’s registration status via email by March 13, 2026. 

  1. All registrants will be notified via email whether they are accepted or waitlisted by March 13, 2026.  

  1. If accepted, parents will be notified by email to complete camp registration and payment in Focus by March 23, 2026

  1. Payment is due by 6:00 pm on March 23, 2026, or the spot(s) will be forfeited.  

  1. Any spots that become available after the first round will be notified via email on March 25, 2026.  

Payments must be made in Focus via credit card or in person at the Environmental Studies Center (ESC) by the deadline March 23, 2026. 

*Please note that if your child does not currently attend or has never attended a Martin County School District (MCSD) school, you will still need to create a Focus Parent Portal account. Creating this account does not require enrollment in MCSD and will not impact state scholarships, including Step Up For Students, or state funding—even though you are clicking “Apply for Enrollment.”* 

💳 Payment & Placement Timeline 

  • ESC Camp Open Enrollment Registration Form Opens:   

    March 11, 2026, at 8:00 AM 

  • Final placement or waitlist notifications on March 13, 2026. 

  • Registration and Invoice payment due: March 23, 2026, 6:00 pm. 

  • Additional openings may be offered beginning March 24, 2026, based on availability.
