Introducing Mr. Greg Bottari, Principal of J.D. Parker Elementary.
Prior to relocating to Martin County, Greg Bottari proudly served the students of East Meadow School District and Smithtown Central School District in Long Island, New York. Mr. Bottari taught at the elementary, middle, and high school levels prior to becoming an elementary school administrator, a position he honorably held for 26 years. Mr. Bottari is a firm believer in “Pledging Allegiance to Students” through his Growth Mindset philosophy. This can only be accomplished by building strong relationships with everyone, from parents and grandparents to teachers and staff, community leaders, district members, and so on. It is by working together that true growth can be achieved, and students can see real success both academically and socially.
When Mr. Bottari is not boasting about his new Rocket Pride, he can be found enjoying time with his family, working on remodeling his barn, or cruising down A1A on his motorcycle.

Meet Dr. Vanessa Muto who will serve as the new Assistant Principal here at JDP!
Dr. Muto is product of the Martin County School District! She is a mother of two and an active community member in Martin County. Dr. Muto has worked in MCSD for 14 years. She began her career in education at Pinewood Elementary and worked there for a decade. Then moved to the district office- first as a Prevention Intervention Program Specialist and then most recently as the Coordinator of Student Services.
Please help us welcome Dr. Muto to our rocket family! She is so excited to continue her journey in education at JDP!
