Janice Cizek
Principal
Ms. Cizek is well-known in the Tiger community, as she most recently served as the school’s Assistant Principal of Curriculum, where she led efforts to increase academic access and expand dual enrollment opportunities on campus.
With more than a decade of leadership experience, Ms. Cizek has served in various administrative roles at both the secondary and elementary levels, including assistant principal positions at South Fork High School and in Washington state. In her various leadership roles, she has enhanced master scheduling, led assessment coordination, increased access to student support services, and provided professional development for teachers.
Ms. Cizek holds certifications in school principalship, educational leadership, and mathematics instruction. She earned her B.A. from San Diego State University in Public Administration and a Master's in Teaching from Northwest University.

Danielle Farrell

A dynamic and experienced leader in public education, Ms. Farrell brings more than two decades of instructional and administrative experience, along with a passion for empowering educators and students to thrive.
Since joining the Martin County School District in 2013, Ms. Farrell has served as a teacher in grades 3-5 at both SeaWind Elementary School and Pinewood Elementary School. She then moved to the School District Office to serve as an instructional coach before becoming the coordinator of innovation & choice in 2018, leading numerous districtwide initiatives aimed at expanding academic opportunity and improving student achievement. She directed the implementation of the AVID (Advancement Via Individual Determination) system across 11 schools, guiding professional learning, instructional coaching, and systems-level planning to ensure all students graduate college, career, and life ready.
In addition to her leadership in instructional innovation, Ms. Farrell co-led community engagement efforts, managed federal and state grants, and designed professional development for more than 1,200 employees. She also launched and sustained the district’s MartinMentor program, supporting new educators through collaborative coaching and mentorship in 24 schools.
Ms. Farrell holds a Master of Science in Education from the American College of Education, an MBA from Georgian Court College, and a bachelor’s degree in business administration. She is certified in Educational Leadership and holds endorsements in Reading, ESOL, and multiple instructional leadership programs. She is also a certified Thinking Maps Trainer, AVID District Director, and a graduate of the Martin County Aspiring Leaders Academy.

Josh Moberg

Josh brings with him an extensive coaching background, served as a career specialist and CTE team leader for several years, and has a passion for Martin County High School.
Josh was most recently recognized as MCHS 2021-2022 CTE Teacher of the Year! He has been at MCHS since 2002; he began teaching Drafting in 2004. During his time here at MCHS, Josh has built positive relationships with his students and impacted thousands of Drafting students that have walked through the door of his classroom. Many have gone off to have very successful careers using the skills they learned in Josh's classroom. Josh's impact reaches far beyond the classroom walls and out to the fields and we are privileged to have him support our students and teachers in a new capacity.
Moberg has been a coach for the last 24 years; most notably he has been a longtime girls’ soccer coach, leading the team to multiple district championships as well as Martin County High Schools only appearance in the Girls’ Soccer Final Four. Josh also coached Track, Cross Country, Swimming, Diving, and Baseball over the years.

Dr. Allysha Ramcharan

Dr. Ramcharan brings more than two decades of educational experience to her new role, including a strong background in curriculum and instruction, data-driven leadership, and schoolwide systems to support student achievement. Most recently, she has served as an assistant principal at White Knoll High School in Lexington, South Carolina, where she worked alongside school and district leadership to foster a safe and academically rigorous learning environment.
Her leadership portfolio includes facilitating data-driven instructional planning, coordinating state and district assessments, providing meaningful professional learning experiences for staff, and serving as the school’s 504 coordinator. She is well-versed in analyzing both qualitative and quantitative data to enhance instructional quality and improve student outcomes.
Dr. Ramcharan holds a Doctorate of Education in Educational Leadership from South Carolina State University, as well as multiple advanced degrees in educational leadership and curriculum and instruction.
