• Collaborate with teachers, Administrators, parents, and students to devise plans to meet individual student needs

• Celebrate success with PBIS incentives and programs

• Plan special events like Start with Hello Week, Red Ribbon Week, and Character Counts! Recognition

• Provide Social/Emotional programs to enrich classrooms
