HELP US KEEP YOUR DATA UP-TO-DATE

• You can easily view and verify your student demographic information on Focus.

• Only persons with legal custody can make changes or approve a student leaving campus.

• You must contact the school with any changes to your Student Address or Contact Numbers and emails.

• Final Report Cards are always picked up at the school in the summer. A paper copy of pertinent information is provided with the report card. Take time to review it then when we can verify your identity.  

   

FOR ADDRESS CHANGES - PLEASE PROVIDE PROOF OF ADDRESS

•  Examples: FPL bill, Cable bill, Rental Agreement. 

• If sharing housing please contact the school for a Form 90D.

   

FOR PHONE CHANGES:

• Yellow Cards are Health Dept Documents and are kept in the Clinic. 

• To make sure your phone / email, etc. is updated in a timely manner on Focus, Please contact Data Entry (X35105)
