Please see the graphic and take notice of the statistics regarding Summer Slide. Summer slide is what could happen to a student if they don't read and keep their brain active during the summer. Prevent the Summer slide by encouraging your child to participate in a summer reading program! IMS and the public library are partnering with each other. Students who complete the Martin County Public Library (Lahti) Summer Reading program can bring their trackers to Mrs. Parrilli in the fall and students will receive the IMS summer reading prize bag.
