Welcome
Dear Parents and Community Members,
We will continue to provide a safe, caring, and positive environment promoting learning for ALL students. We pride ourselves on enforcing a firm, fair , and consistent discipline policy. Our teachers, staff, and I will continue to serve and guide students, daily, on a path that will give them the social skills necessary to empower ALL students for success. To accomplish our goal of preparing our students for life after high school, JBHS has and will continue to implement various research-based programs. These programs include but are not limited to, mentoring, counseling, social skills, and Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports.
JBHS continues to show progress, growth, and success through our peer and teacher-student mentoring program. Along with our mentoring program, I am proud to announce that JBHS has been nominated as a PBIS Model school again for the 2024-2025 school year. As a PBIS School, we are proactive in understanding why behavioral issues occur and implementing strategies to mitigate them.
I believe the key to success is building relationships. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions. comments or concerns.
Here at JBHS we are a collaborative community committed to the success of ALL students.
