attendance

The Martin County School District’s recent "Present for Success" Attendance Campaign is showing promising results, with 19 out of 20 schools reporting improved attendance from September 2024 to September 2025. Bessey Creek Elementary's attendance remained the same year over year at 95%.

All 20 of MCSD’s traditional schools achieved an attendance rate of over 90%, demonstrating strong engagement and commitment from students, families, and staff across the District.

On average, attendance across all schools increased by 0.08%, a modest but meaningful improvement.

Warfield Elementary School led the way with a 3% increase, followed by J.D. Parker Elementary School, Hobe Sound Elementary School, Port Salerno Elementary School, and Stuart Middle School, each improving by 2%.

On Thursday, October 16, one elementary, middle, and high school were awarded with the Attendance Award. Congratulations to Port Salerno Elementary School, Murray Middle School, and Jensen Beach High School!

Overall, the Attendance Campaign is making a difference, ensuring more students are in class and ready to learn each day.
