J.D. Parker Elementary School is proud to welcome Ms. Crystal Grauer as our new Assistant Principal, after the Martin County School Board approved the appointment of Ms. Grauer at its meeting on June 16, 2026.
Ms. Grauer brings more than 15 years of experience in education and leadership. She began her career as an elementary teacher at Pinewood Elementary School, where she served students across multiple grade levels before transitioning into an instructional coaching role, supporting teachers through professional learning and schoolwide initiatives.
Most recently, she served as Assistant Principal at Warfield Elementary School, working closely with staff, students, and families to support daily operations and student success. Throughout her career, Ms. Grauer has demonstrated a commitment to collaborative leadership, continuous improvement and fostering positive learning environments.
Ms. Grauer earned a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Florida Atlantic University and a master’s degree in educational leadership from the American College of Education. She also holds Florida certifications in Elementary Education and Educational Leadership, along with Reading and English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) endorsements.
Assistant Principal Grauer will begin her new role at J.D. Parker Elementary School on July 1, 2026.
