Martin County High School is excited to announce a special Movie Night hosted by SGA and the Leadership program on Monday, March 9 at 7:30 PM at the Senior Stage. This free event will officially kick off Spirit Week 2026, which runs March 9–13.
By majority vote of the MCHS student body, this year’s featured film will be the beloved Pixar classic Ratatouille. Students and families are invited to bring blankets, lawn chairs, and plenty of school spirit for a fun evening under the stars.
Admission to Movie Night is completely free, and attendees will enjoy complimentary popcorn and water or soda provided by the hosts. Families are encouraged to attend and celebrate the start of a spirited week at MCHS.
School ID Required
For the safety of all attendees, students must present their MCHS School ID for admission. Students without ID will not be permitted to enter.
Event Doubles as Spirit Competition
Movie Night also serves as an official Spirit Competition event. The class—Freshmen, Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors— that brings the most people will earn Spirit Stick points. Awarded points will bring that class one step closer to capturing this year's Spirit Stick.
