MCHS Has Extraordinary Showing at Art Show

Martin County High School students made an outstanding impression at the 40th Annual Marvin S. Cone High School Juried Art Show, earning multiple top awards across a wide range of categories and solidifying MCHS as one of the show’s strongest-performing schools.

Tiger artists claimed first-place honors in several disciplines, including Drawing (Kaitlyn Sperco), Mixed Media (Noelle Bussom), Painting (Brooklyn Kelly), and Photography (Sueanna “Jasmine” Doris Capra). Additional recognition included third-place finishes by Madison Molinari in Painting and Ella Smith in Photography. The depth of artistic talent at MCHS was further highlighted through Honorable Mentions awarded to Ashleymar Aranguren, Ava Molinari, Charlotte Hibberd, and Lilly Larsen.

Several students also received special recognition during the exhibition. Purchase Awards were presented to Noelle Bussom and Madison Molinari, and Kaitlyn Sperco earned the Award of Excellence from the Martin Artisans Guild—a distinguished honor celebrating exceptional creativity and craftsmanship.

These accomplishments showcase the dedication, skill, and artistic excellence of Martin County High School’s student artists and reflect the strength of the school’s visual arts program.
