Martin County High School is proud to celebrate sophomore Jon-Michael Tillet, whose outstanding commitment to service has earned him recognition as a finalist for "Most Valuable Volunteer" in Stuart Magazine's inaugural Good Works Awards.
Earlier this year, Jon-Michael was named the Martin County School District's 2025 Student Volunteer of the Year, an honor recognizing his exceptional dedication to serving others and making a positive impact throughout the community.
Jon-Michael's volunteer efforts and leadership have touched countless lives through his involvement with Martin County High School, the Martin County School District, and numerous clubs, organizations, and community service programs. His willingness to give his time, energy, and talents to help others exemplifies the spirit of service and leadership that MCHS strives to cultivate in all students.
Being selected as a finalist for Stuart Magazine's Good Works Awards highlights the lasting impact Jon-Michael has made both within and beyond the school community. His recognition reflects not only his personal commitment to serving others but also the positive influence young people can have when they lead with compassion, initiative, and purpose.
"We are incredibly proud of Jon-Michael and all he has accomplished through volunteer service," said MCHS administrators. "His dedication to helping others and improving our community serves as an inspiration to fellow students and demonstrates what it truly means to be a Tiger leader."
Community members are encouraged to support Jon-Michael by participating in the public voting process for the Most Valuable Volunteer award.
