Indian River State College will offer tuition-free associate degrees to public and charter high school graduates across the Treasure Coast beginning with the Class of 2022.
Sponsored by the IRSC Foundation, the program will be open to students in the four counties served by IRSC: Indian River, Martin, Okeechobee and St. Lucie.
