Paws-to-Read is a literacy program whose purpose is to provide children the opportunity to read to canine pals. All canine volunteers are certified therapy dogs. The goal of the program offered through the MMS library is to nurture an enjoyment of reading by supporting students in developing their self-esteem while reading within a comfortable safe space.
