Our Safety Patrols had an unforgettable trip to Washington, D.C., filled with learning, exploration, and pride in our nation’s history.
Students walked in the footsteps of history as they visited iconic monuments and explored world-class museums, gaining a deeper understanding of the people and events that shaped our country. A highlight of the trip was touring the United States Capitol and meeting with Brian Mast, giving students a firsthand look at how our government works.
The journey continued with a visit to Mount Vernon, where students learned about the life and legacy of our first president, and wrapped up at the incredible Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum, sparking curiosity about innovation and exploration.
This trip was not only educational but also a chance to build friendships, independence, and lasting memories. We are so proud of our Safety Patrol for representing our school with such respect and enthusiasm!
