Martin County School District fifth graders were honored for their creative artwork during the 5th Annual Kids Tag Art Awards Ceremony on March 8 at the Children's Museum of the Treasure Coast.
The Kids Tag Art Program, sponsored by the Martin County Tax Collector's Office, teaches students to creatively solve problems.
"To all the students, you're all winners. Congratulations," Tax Collector Ruth Pietruszewski shared. "I'm sure this will not be the last piece of artwork displayed in a museum or an art show, but it is your first. We are so proud of you.”

All proceeds from tag art and keyfob sales are donated back to District elementary schools in support of arts-related programs.
