Constitution Week

The Martin County School District is proud to celebrate Constitution Week, which is observed annually from September 17 to September 23.   This year, we are celebrating the 235th anniversary of the signing of the United States Constitution.  In accordance with United States Public Law, students in grades K-12 learn about the U.S. Constitution on Constitution Day (September 17).  Many schools will participate in a variety of activities throughout the week that have been designed to enhance students' understanding of and appreciation for our nation's founding document.

Thank you to Ms. Portia B. Scott and the Halpatiokee Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution for assisting with the drafting of the Martin County School Board's 2022 Proclamation for Constitution Week.
