PBIS at Spectrum Academy
At Spectrum Academy, we use Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) to foster a safe, respectful, and productive learning environment. PBIS emphasizes teaching and reinforcing positive behaviors, helping students make good choices and stay on track.

Our school motto, PRIDE (Performance, Respect, Independence, Determination, and Excellence), guides daily actions and interactions. By practicing PRIDE, students develop strong character, take responsibility for their behavior, and build the skills they need to succeed in school and beyond.
