FDOH/FLDOE Protocols for Health

In August 2021, the Florida Department of Health (FDOH) and Florida Department of Education (FLDOE) issued student health protocols for the 2021-2022 school year. The decision tree pictured below will be used by DOH Martin when determining the quarantine status of students. Fully vaccinated, asymptomatic students will not be required to quarantine following contact with a positive case. Asymptomatic students who have been infected with COVID-19 within the previous 90 days will not be required to quarantine following contact with a positive case.

Students who have been directed to quarantine by DOH Martin will access course materials and assignments through the ClassLink portal. Instructional staff will also be available to assist students with lessons and to answer any questions families may have.
