Para Pro Assessment
The Para Pro Assessment provides an opportunity for people who want to work in a classroom as a Paraprofessional but who do not have a college degree or enough college credits to meet the requirements of the position. The computer administered test assesses a person’s knowledge of reading, writing, and math. It consists of 90 questions that must be completed within 2 ½ hours. Registration Fee: $47.00, payable only by credit card.
Registration ID: Original, valid, government-issued photo ID is required for identification purposes.

You will be sent an invitation from Master Teacher. You will create an account which will allow you access to study materials and practice assessments to prepare you for your test.
Please be on time for the test.
Make up test sessions can be accommodated. Please email venaj@martinschools.
Applicants can retake the exam weekly if needed.

The Para Pro Test consists of 105 questions.
How do I know if I passed the test?
Test takers will receive their score in an unofficial report immediately after completing the Para Pro assessment. An official report will be emailed to you. For Martin County School District, effective July 2023, the passing score on the Para Pro Assessment is 70.
Is the Para Pro Test administered in any foreign languages?
No, the test is only administered in English. However, you may be eligible for an accommodation.
