Property Control is responsible for:

1. Disposing and storing of records as mandated for legal and fiscal reasons for a specific period of time.

2. Identifying and including District property records, tangible property that have an acquired value of $1,000.00 or more.

3. The inventory and reporting of tangible property with an acquired value of $1,000.00 or more.
