Students from Jensen Beach High School, Martin County High School, South Fork High School, and Clark Advanced Learning Center were recognized for completing the Martin Youth LEADERship program, a yearlong journey of personal growth and civic engagement. The graduation ceremony was held on April 29, 2025, at the Monarch Country Club.
The Martin Youth LEADERship program is designed to help students develop and strengthen leadership skills through hands-on experiences and real-world learning. Over the course of eight months, participants dive into a variety of topics that shape our community: Martin County history, local government, business, arts and culture, the criminal justice system, and environmental stewardship.
Each experience is carefully curated to give students a deeper understanding of how our communities function and how they can lead with purpose.
By the time they reach graduation, students walk away with not only a greater understanding of their community but also a clearer vision of what it means to be a leader and the kind of leaders they want to become.
