Superintendent Michael Maine will recommend Erin Albano as the new assistant principal of Warfield Elementary School during the July meeting of the Martin County School Board.

Ms. Albano brings 16 years of experience in Title I schools, where she has served as a teacher, math coach, and teacher on special assignment. Known for her collaborative spirit and instructional leadership, she has earned a reputation as a dynamic and innovative leader dedicated to improving outcomes for all students.

Most recently, Ms. Albano has served as an ESE Specialist at St. Lucie West K-8 School in St. Lucie Public Schools. Ms. Albano began her career as a fifth grade and exceptional education teacher, where she quickly emerged as a leader, taking on roles as grade chair and collaborative planning facilitator. Her comprehensive understanding of instruction, data analysis, and student services uniquely positions her to support the continued success of Warfield Elementary.
