The Martin County School District is pleased to announce that Anthony Falzon has been appointed as assistant principal of Hidden Oaks Middle School.
Mr. Falzon brings a wealth of leadership experience and a student-centered approach to this new role. A committed educator with a background in both instructional and operational leadership, Mr. Falzon has served the Martin County School District as a Dean of Students, math teacher, and member of various school leadership teams. His ability to foster a positive and structured school culture through systems like Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS), Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), and restorative practices has made a lasting impact on the students and schools he has served.
Prior to his work in Martin County, Mr. Falzon taught middle school mathematics in St. Lucie County, where he was also a mentor and a member of the school’s Leadership Council. He brings a balanced leadership style rooted in fairness, consistency, and compassion, qualities that support both student discipline and development.
Mr. Falzon holds a Master of Science in Educational Leadership with a focus on Special Education Curriculum from Arkansas State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Administration of Education from Charter Oak State College.
At Hidden Oaks Middle School, Mr. Falzon will support students, staff, and families in continuing the school’s proud tradition of excellence while helping to build new opportunities for growth, collaboration, and student success.
