The Martin County School District is excited to share that Episode 8 of its podcast, All In Martin, is now available! As families gear up for the 2025–2026 school year, this episode offers helpful reminders and guidance to ensure a smooth, successful start in our A-rated District.

This episode features Ms. Deb Riley, Director of Student Services, who shares the most important things parents need to complete and review before the first day of school on August 11, 2025. From emergency contact cards (also known as “yellow cards) to District policies and student expectations, this episode is full of practical information for families.

Families will be able to view teacher assignments and student schedules beginning August 7 by logging into the FOCUS Parent Portal. Please note: the emergency contact form must be completed first before this information becomes accessible.

Ms. Riley also provides an overview of the District’s Code of Student Conduct and explains key policies around phone and smart device use on campus. She highlights the District’s ongoing commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive environment by upholding zero-tolerance policies on bullying, vaping, and drug use. The episode also explores the importance of regular school attendance and how it contributes to long-term student success.

To close, the episode spotlights the District’s comprehensive Back-to-School webpage, which offers everything families need to start the year strong, including supply lists, Meet the Teacher dates, bell schedules, and transportation information.
