The Martin County School District marked a historic milestone in athletics on Tuesday, March 3, as South Fork High School hosted the first boys volleyball home match in District history.

The addition of boys' volleyball expands competitive opportunities for students and reflects the District’s ongoing commitment to providing programs that help student-athletes develop teamwork, discipline, leadership and school pride.
During its inaugural season, South Fork High School will compete in a full regular-season schedule and participate in the State Series hosted by the Florida High School Athletic Association. The opportunity allows student-athletes to compete at a high level in the program’s first year.
In addition to South Fork High School, Martin County High School is also fielding a boys volleyball team this season as an independent program, expanding opportunities for students across the District. District leaders are also exploring opportunities to add boys volleyball at Jensen Beach High School in the future.
The launch of boys volleyball reflects continued growth in the District’s athletics offerings and highlights a program developed in response to strong interest from students and the community.
