All In Martin Episode 19

The Martin County School District's All In Martin podcast is helping families make the most of summer with a new episode focused on reading, learning and free community resources.

In this episode, host Kirstie Germaine is joined by Darlene Encomio and Becky Scheelk from the Martin County Library System to discuss the library's Summer Reading Program and the many opportunities available for children, teens and families throughout the summer months. From STEM activities and crocheting workshops to reading with dogs, the MC Library System offers engaging ways for students to stay active and continue learning while school is out.

The episode also highlights the District's Hello Summer Reading Challenge, hosted by the College and Career Readiness Department in partnership with the Education Foundation of Martin County. Through August 9, students can take Accelerated Reader (AR) tests based on the books they are reading, earn prizes and compete for recognition.
