Congratulations to Deb Arnold who was selected as the MCHS 2021-2022 School Related Employee of the Year! Deb who has been a long time Exceptional Student Education Para-Professional at MCHS has consistently performed all of her duties at the highest level! Deb cares ever so much about the kids she works with and provides an incredible level of support for our ESE teachers! Deb is always upbeat, kind, polite, caring, empathetic and positive….always wearing a smile! Deb represents all that is good about the outstanding staff members that are so critical to our success at MCHS!
