🍽CELEBRATING HEALTHY CHOICES🍽 Busy weekday mornings make it a challenge for many families to find time for a healthy breakfast. Fortunately, the Martin County School District offers nutritious school breakfasts, complete with fruit and low-fat or fat-free milk, to ensure students are fueled for learning every school day! 🥛🍎🍌🥞🥯 This year, the U.S. Department of Agriculture is allowing all children to receive school breakfast and lunch for free, without an application, so it’s a great time for families to give school breakfast a try. What an awesome evening we had welcoming our incoming Kindergarten families and students to Port Salerno Elementary School! Shout out to our Kindergarten Ambassador, Chloe Krivanek, for organizing this amazing event. A special thank you to our kindergarten teachers who were in attendance as well as our front office staff who were able to assist with translation and registration. We also were happy to have informational table displays from Extended Day, 4 C's, VPK, and Food and Nutritional Services!
