2025 grad walks

The Martin County School District is proud to share that all elementary schools will host Grad Walks for the Class of 2025 this spring.

Grad Walk is a beloved tradition that allows graduating seniors to return to their elementary alma mater, dressed in their caps and gowns, to walk through hallways lined with cheering elementary students and staff. It’s a meaningful opportunity for seniors to reflect on how far they have come, reconnect with familiar faces, and serve as role models for younger students who dream of following in their footsteps.

  • Seniors need to bring their student ID. Some schools may require additional identification.

  • Parents who are bringing their graduate should wait in the parking lot during the walk.

  • Elementary school staff will guide seniors through the Grad Walk route.

  • After completing the Grad Walk, seniors will return to their high school campus.

Additional Notes:

  • MCSD staff members who would like to assist during a Grad Walk must notify the elementary school principal or designee prior to the scheduled date.

  • As Grad Walks are taking place during testing and make-up testing periods, seniors will not visit individual classrooms or former teachers before or after the event.

Please be on the lookout for any additional information coming from either your child’s high school or the elementary school they plan to visit.

The Martin County School District looks forward to celebrating this exciting milestone with our seniors as we honor their journeys and inspire the next generation of graduates!
