🔴 10th Grade: All students are automatically registered. No form or payment is required. The cost is covered by the State of Florida.
🔴 9th Grade: Registration is required. The cost is $18, payable by cash or check made out to SFHS. Students are not registered until payment is received.
🔴 11th Grade: Registration is required, but there is no cost. The cost is covered by MCSD.

Sophia Liano, Class of 2022, recently took the stage for an audition on NBC’s The Voice — and earned a spot on Queen Latifah’s team! 🎤✨
Many Bulldogs will remember Sophia from her time at South Fork, where she was an IB student and a familiar face in our performing arts program. During her time at SFHS, Sophia sang in choir for three years and appeared in several musical productions, including:

Congratulations to South Fork High School senior Bianca Bernhard, the only 2026 Go Blue Awards semifinalist from Florida and one of just three students nationwide recognized in the Blue Hatchling Youth category by Loggerhead Marinelife Center!
Bianca founded the Martin Oyster Restoration Initiative (MORI), a nonprofit focused on improving water quality in the St. Lucie Estuary through oyster restoration. At SFHS, she has built a team of more than 60 student and teacher volunteers, with the school's campus also serving as a home base for her oyster restoration efforts.
Through MORI, Bianca and her team have collected about 1,600 pounds of oyster shells for restoration, turning student leadership into hands-on marine conservation.
This is Martin Means More—supporting students as they turn their passions into purpose, pursue their dreams and make a difference in their communities. Congratulations, Bianca!

Further highlighting the importance of this annual observance, the Martin County School Board approved the 2026 Constitution Week Proclamation at Tuesday night's meeting, developed with Ms. Rae Scimeca and the Halpatiokee Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution.
As we recognize the 239th anniversary of the signing of the U.S. Constitution, students across the District will spend the week learning about the document that continues to shape our nation and protect our freedoms.

The Martin County School Board has officially proclaimed September 25, 2026, as Dolly Parton Day throughout the Martin County School District! 💓📖
The day celebrates Dolly Parton’s remarkable contributions to children and literacy, along with the impact of programs like Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library in helping young readers build a lifelong love of books.
We’re proud to celebrate alongside the Children’s Services Council of Martin County and The Library Foundation of Martin County as we encourage our school community to read, dream and grow together.
Here’s how to join us on Dolly Parton Day, a.k.a. 9/2-5:
📚Read for at least 30 minutes on September 25.
📖Get a library card and make your next great read easier to find.
💗Have a child age 5 or under? Sign up for Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library to receive free books at home.
And, of course, dress the part! Think pink, rhinestones, boots and big hair. Or, dress in your favorite college team to represent the coat of many colors! 👢✨💕
