The Martin County School District’s Voluntary Prekindergarten (VPK) programs are accepting enrollment applications for the 2026–2027 school year.
VPK is a high-quality early learning program that provides developmentally appropriate instruction designed to prepare children for kindergarten and beyond by building a strong foundation for future academic success. To be eligible, children must be four (4) years old on or before September 1, 2026.
The District’s VPK program includes a free, three-hour instructional program for eligible students. A full-day wrap-around option is also available for a monthly cost of $360.00 (subject to change).
Families can apply for the 26-27 school year through the FOCUS Parent Portal by completing the “School Choice Application 2026-27.”
