๐CELEBRATING OUTSTANDING SUPPORT๐
Just before the end of the school year, some of our incredible English Language Learner (ELL) Paraprofessionals and Home Liaisons were surprised with a special recognition for the difference they make every day!
From supporting students in and out of the classroom to building trust with families, their work is essential in our goal of educating ALL students for success.
The surprise was coordinated by our Title I and Professional Learning teams as a way to say โthank youโ to these dedicated team members who lead with heart.
Not all paras were able to be celebrated in person, but we appreciate each and every one of you more than words can say!

ICYMI: Martin County High School Class of 2025 senior Ross White was named the Scholar Athlete of the Year by Play Treasure Coast Sports Tourism.
Ross, a member of the Tigersโ 24-25 tennis team, was selected from nominees across the entire Treasure Coast for his achievements on the court and in the classroom.

This afternoon, we're sharing our final senior story for the Class of 2025, and it's a special one! We're shining a spotlight on South Fork High School senior TRIPLETS Madison, Tyler and Justin Summa!
"Mom, Dad, grandparents, and the rest of the family are so proud to have been able to watch you graduate together and look forward to seeing what the future holds for each of you," proud mom Tara shared. "We love you very much."
Tyler plans to attend Indian River State College to pursue his associate's degree in Business Management. He hopes to continue his studies in Sports Management once he completes his AA.
Justin is employed full time at Alford Air Conditioning, Inc., where he recently completed his first three months.
Madison plans to attend Palm Beach Atlantic University and pursue a career in nursing, with hopes of becoming a pediatric nurse practitioner.

โFriday night lights will be my most and very exciting memory," the proud senior shared. "Whether it was grinding through early morning workouts, battling under the Friday night lights, or being a reliable teammate when it mattered most,I had left a lasting impact on and off the field. l like to be known for helping shape the team culture and push us all to be better. I will be attending Indian River State College for Business, Finance, and taking a trade in HVAC! Iโm excited about this next chapter and journey!"

This afternoon, we are shining a spotlight on South Fork High School senior Jynessa Simmons!
"Since I'm her uncle, I'm blessed to have known Nessa her entire life, since she was a wittle bitty baby," her proud uncle James shared. "Seems that she grew up overnight, and although she is a beautiful young lady now, I still see her as my goofy little niece with big ole glasses! Myself and my entire family couldn't be more proud of her, and I can't wait to see everything she accomplishes in life and cheer her on the whole way!!"
Jynessa plans to attend the University of Florida and pursue a career as a Pediatric Psychiatrist and Entrepreneur!

This evening, we are shining a spotlight on Martin County High School senior Santiago Pacheco!
โSantiago is set to take flight at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, where he'll major in Aeronautics and participate in the AFROTC program," proud mom Daniza wrote. "His ultimate goal is to commission as a pilot in the United States Air Force upon graduation. A standout student-athlete, Santiago was captain of his high school's varsity swim team and corps commander of the AFJROTC program. He also gained valuable experience as a senior member of the school news channel, On the Prowl. Santiago extends his gratitude to Coach Danny for his motivational guidance, Mr. Sangas for nurturing his passion, and Lt. Col. Cortez and TSgt. Chamberlain for their expert advice and mentorship."

"Meet William Dailey III โ a graduating senior earning his Cambridge International Education AICE diploma and completing three years in the Medical Academy at Martin County High School," proud mom Jessica shared. "This fall, heโll continue pursuing his passion for healthcare at Nova Southeastern University. William will major in Biology with aspirations for med school acceptance."
"Known for his intelligence, creativity, and compassion, William has also made an impact outside the classroom by volunteering at his church, where he serves coffee and brings warmth to everyone he meets," Jessica continued. "Weโre proud to celebrate William and all heโs accomplished. The future is shining bright!"

CELEBRATING LEADERSHIP AND SERVICE๐
Congratulations to the Martin County High School Air Force JROTC cadets and instructors on being selected for the 2024โ2025 AFJROTC Distinguished Unit Award!
This national recognition honors programs that go above and beyond in service, leadership, and character developmentโand the Tigers did just that. With a 93% score on the Regional Directorโs annual assessment and cadets logging an average of 16+ community service hours, the unit truly stood out. Special shoutout to Cadet Kai Lawrence for leading the way with 61.62 hours of service! The Tigers were led by Katelyn Hardy, Fall 2024 Cadet Commander, and Santiago Pacheco, Spring 2025 Cadet Commander.
A big congratulations also goes to instructors Sgt. Scott Chamberlain and Lt. Col. David Cortez, who were both named Outstanding Instructors of the Year by JROTC Headquarters. ๐

Exciting news at Hobe Sound Elementary SchoolโMs. Stephanie DeVoe has been chosen to serve as the next Assistant Principal, pending school board approval!
Ms. DeVoe has been a dedicated member of the Eagle family for over 15 years, serving in roles such as Science Coach, STEM Coordinator, and 5th Grade Lead Teacher. Most recently, she served as a Science Interventionist, helping the school achieve the #1 ranking among Title I schools in science proficiency.

We're proud to shine a spotlight on Landon Kodare, who just wrapped up his 8th grade year at Murray Middle School, for representing the Martin County School District at the AGLOA Academic Games Nationals in May!
Competing against some of the top students in the country, Landon earned multiple top-three finishes in individual rounds, including a memorable tie with last yearโs Equations champion, whom he went on to knock out of the playoffs! ๐
Landon is already planning to form a high school team this fall and continue his Academic Games journey. Bulldogs, he's going to be looking for teammates! ๐พ

โMy favorite memory will always be Friday Night Lights as a varsity cheerleaderโthereโs nothing like the energy, the lights, and the bond with my team," the senior shared. "Throughout all four years of high school, Iโve loved meeting new people, creating long-lasting memories, and growing into the person I am today."
"After graduation, Iโll be attending Indian River State College for two years, majoring in Pre-Surgical Services on the Health Science track," Ric'Kyia continued. "My goal is to become a surgical technician and eventually continue my education at either University of Central Florida or Florida A&M University. I want to give a special shoutout to my all-time favorite, Nicole Rathnawโthank you for being my personal cheerleader and someone I can always count on no matter what. Hereโs to the next chapter!"
