🏄‍♀️🌊SURF'S UP FOR SCHOOL BREAKFAST🌊🏄‍♂️ National School Breakfast Week brought a tidal wave of excitement to start the day with a healthy breakfast! Our Food and Nutrition Services team created a splash in their cafeterias with fun decorations while serving up healthy breakfast options so our students in grades PreK-12 could ride the wave of success throughout the school day. Students who participated in #NSBW24 had the chance to win some totally awesome prizes, like underwater cameras! TOWN HALL ON ALL THINGS EDUCATION 📣📚 The Martin County School District recently held its second session in its Town Hall series on February 27. 🍎CHOOSING THE BEST🍎 During an Emergency Meeting held this evening, the Martin County School Board voted to add Martin County High School and Jensen Beach High School to the list of approved Controlled Open Enrollment schools for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year. This means in AND out-of-county residents can apply to ANY MCSD-operated school during the application period that will open tomorrow, March 1 – March 31. For high school students, applications for signature programs are no longer required as part of the Choice process, but must be completed if your child would like to be considered for entrance into a signature program. ℹ️Students accepted into a Controlled Open Enrollment choice option must have their own mode of transportation to and from school. Martin County School District students will have free admission to the fair on Monday, Feb. 12, between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. when they show their Student's Day Passport at the gate. Students can grab their passport book from their teacher or with the link below. Students can get stamps from any four activities and return the passport to their teacher for PBIS/Student Engagement points! Remember, Monday, Feb. 12 is a teacher workday, so students have the day off. What better way to spend the day than at the fair, for free! This flyer is NOT the actual passport.
