🎉Way to go Ian ! 🎉
What an amazing big brother and HSE Leader you are. We wish you well in middle school and beyond.

🚀🔬 HSE Family STEM Night was a huge success!
Our students and families explored 20 hands-on stations that inspired creativity, critical thinking, and collaboration. From building structures to testing designs, everyone embraced the power of trial and error in true STEM fashion!
✨ Special thanks to the Everglades Foundation for their engaging environmental station and our Martin County Sheriff's Office for bringing real-world science to life with fingerprinting and crime scene investigations.
A big shoutout to our amazing community for making this night unforgettable!

🥰Thank you PTA, HSE families, and all of the Hobe Sound Community!
"Teachers are like books, they can change you forever" was the theme for the week. 📚
🫶This past week our teachers and staff have been showered with love, fed like royalty, and engaged in fun games and daily drawings too.
💙We at HSE love getting to partner with you and being a part of your children's lives. Thank you for your generosity. (additional photos to come) 🤍

The Envrionmental Studies Center was been busy this week with visitors from Hobe Sound Elementary. Ms. Thompson's first grade visited yesterday and enjoyed learning about Florida animals. They also gathered shells at the beach.

📣HELP US HELP YOU!📣
We know you want the best possible education for your child, and so do we! Help us help you and our students by taking a few minutes (literally only a few minutes!!) to fill out Martin County School District’s annual Satisfaction & Engagement Survey.
HURRY! The deadline is May 9! This is for MCSD families of all grade levels.
Tell us what’s working, what could be better, and what makes your kiddo excited (or not-so-excited) to go to school. Your feedback helps shape real improvements in our schools—like attendance, academics, and overall student outcomes.
It’s short. It’s important. It’s anonymous. Take the survey now: https://bit.ly/3Egq9Ib
We sincerely thank our families for partnering with us on our mission to provide excellent education for all students.

Please note that next week the snack bags will be available Wednesday-Friday. Our last day for the FFVP program this year will be May 22nd.

📚 Our 4th graders had a great time brainstorming in class this past week. They’re learning how to dig deeper into stories by exploring the plot, theme, character development, and point of view. These skills help them become stronger readers and thinkers. Here are some of their thoughts using our Building Thinking Classroom boards. 👏📖Way to go, 4th grade! #4thGradeReaders #ELAinAction #HSE Eagles soar for greatness ________________________________________
