
During Math, Ms. Lunt’s Kindergarteners practiced creating equal groups with blocks. They identified whether it was equal or not equal, then discussed it with their table.







Ms. Lunt’s Kindergartners are working hard during our center time. We practiced our writing skills, our fine motor, and early reading skills.

Our 3rd-5th graders are having a fantastic time learning all about the life and work of the beloved author, Roald Dahl! From "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory" to "Matilda," Dahl's stories have captured imaginations for generations.
✨ **Fun Facts about Roald Dahl:**
- 🖊️ Dahl wrote 19 children's books, many of which have become classics.
- 🍫 His time as a chocolate tester for Cadbury inspired his famous book, "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory."
- ✈️ Before becoming an author, he was a pilot in the Royal Air Force during World War II!
- 🎥 Many of his books have been adapted into successful movies, including "The BFG" and "Fantastic Mr. Fox."
We are so excited to celebrate this amazing author and his incredible contributions to children's literature. 📖🎈

Honoring Patriot Day with Mrs. Conrad and Mrs. Curtner's classes!








Miss Rhodes' 4th grade class learned about 9/11. They read the books "14 Cows for America" and "September 12th: We Knew Everything Would Be All Right." They discussed what a hero is and character traits that describe a hero. Then, students wrote thank you cards that will be dropped off to a local fire station.











Mrs. Homan's second graders learned about the importance of Patriot's Day today!


Mrs. Ryan's kindergarten class is having so much fun in reading centers this week. Computer, library, listening, manipulatives, and word work centers.








Mrs. McConnell's class works hard to create and present math projects that incorporate science topics. Way to go 5th graders!











Ms. Hardie's Kindergarten class had an amazing time celebrating International Dot Day in the Media Center today! 🎨🌍
International Dot Day, observed on September 15th, encourages creativity, courage, and collaboration. What a fun and inspiring way to express ourselves and explore new ideas!
