As we count down the days until our Vikings return, we're looking back at one of our favorite end-of-year traditions... our Viking Send-Off! 👋🎉
On the last day of school, our staff gathered outside at dismissal to cheer, wave, and celebrate our amazing students as they headed off for a well-deserved summer break. There were smiles, high fives, and lots of excitement as we wished our Vikings a fun and memorable summer.
We hope our students are making wonderful memories, trying new things, and enjoying every minute of their break. But we have to admit... JBE just isn't the same without them! We miss the laughter, the energy, and the joy they bring to our campus each day.

Ella Smith visited Jensen Beach Elementary to share her incredible artwork, talk about her creative journey, and inspire our students to explore their own artistic talents. After showcasing her work, Ella guided our Vikings as they created artwork of their own, encouraging them to express themselves through creativity and imagination.
It was a wonderful reminder that every accomplished artist was once a young artist discovering their passion. We loved watching our students learn, create, and be inspired by someone who is already making such an impact through her talent.
We sure miss seeing our Vikings learning and creating together this summer, and we can't wait to fill our classrooms with art, imagination, and joyful learning again soon! 💙💛

After learning about economics and entrepreneurship, our fourth graders put their creativity and problem-solving skills to work by creating their very own businesses. Students developed business plans, designed products, created catchy business names and slogans, set prices, and marketed their ideas to their classmates.
To bring the experience to life, students earned classroom "money" that they used to shop at one another's businesses. It was incredible to watch them apply real-world math, communication, and financial literacy skills while having so much fun!
Experiences like Market Day show that learning goes far beyond textbooks. They inspire creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking in meaningful ways.
We sure miss seeing our Vikings learning, creating, and laughing together this summer, but moments like these remind us just how special JBE is. We can't wait to welcome everyone back soon! 💙💛
