Come support the MCHS Class of 2025 raise money towards this year's MCHS Prom at their fundraiser night on 2/20/24 from 2pm - 9pm at Anthony's Coal Wired Pizza in Stuart.


On Wednesday, February 7th, the Martin County High School Jazz Ensemble performed at the Florida Bandmasters Association District 13 Jazz Music Performance Assessment (MPA). The Jazz Ensemble received a unanimous SUPERIOR rating for their performance. This is the Jazz Ensemble's first superior rating at Jazz MPA since 2019. Congratulations to our Jazz Ensemble students for a terrific performance!
The Jazz Ensemble will be performing next Friday, February 16th, at the Martin County Fair at 6:30pm.

Martin County School District students will have free admission to the fair on Monday, Feb. 12, between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. when they show their Student's Day Passport at the gate. Students can grab their passport book from their teacher or with the link below. Students can get stamps from any four activities and return the passport to their teacher for PBIS/Student Engagement points!
Remember, Monday, Feb. 12 is a teacher workday, so students have the day off. What better way to spend the day than at the fair, for free!

MCHS Student Salwa Elalfy won the top award for the MC Commissioner Stacey Hetherington's Anti-Vaping Video Contest! Salwa's video will help reduce vaping use in Martin County!

Our district wide indoor drumline, with members from ALL three high school band programs (MCHS, SFHS, and JBHS), debuted at their very first competition and placed 5th! MCSD looks forward to the continued success of Martin County Indoor (MCI). Next performance is on Feb 17 at MCHS at the FFCC competition!

⚖️CELEBRATING CONSTITUTIONAL SCHOLARS⚖️
In partnership with the YMCA of The Treasure Coast and Florida YMCA Youth In Government, student teams from Jensen Beach High School, Martin County High School and South Fork High School competed in the 2024 Constitutional Debate Competition on Friday, February 2.
Each team debated the U.S. Supreme Court case “Mahoney Area School District vs B.L.” before presiding 19th Judicial Circuit Court judges - the Honorable Kathleen Roberts and the Honorable Jennifer Alcorta Waters.
During the debate, students made opening and closing arguments and answered questions from the judges.
The two teams advancing in the competition are Nira Goyal (Senior) & Nina Goyal (Freshman) from MCHS and Savannah Kautz (Junior) & Ameera Mehan (Junior) from SFHS.
Congratulations to all teams for their outstanding efforts!

American Legion Post 62 has established the Alvin and Sunny Domroe Scholarship Program to assist children of military veterans who plan to continue their education in college or vocational school programs.

Martin County School District high school athletes joined in on the celebrations for an incredible donation to Ms. Rina's House Of Blessings and Elev8hope Compassion in Action.
Gatorade, in partnership with Serena Williams, donated $50,000 through the Equity in Sports initiative.
Elev8Hope goes #ALLINMartin👊 24/7, 365 days of the year for the most vulnerable residents in our community, including students. We are extremely grateful for their partnership and proud of the students who help fulfill Elev8Hope's mission.
