Freshmen AFJROTC Cadet Abigail Shealey at our most recent home football game honored the lives of the thirteen US soldiers that were killed in Afghanistan. Abigail purchased one flag for each one of the fallen soldiers and placed them in the first row of the bleachers and then guarded that row during the game.

🎼PERFORMING WITH PRIDE 🎼
The 2021 Music Performance Assessment (MPA) will be held this afternoon at Jensen Beach High School.
The Music Performance Assessment (MPA) is a major assessment event for secondary music programs in which a musical performance is evaluated on specified criteria. The assessments are held annually for marching bands, concert large ensembles (band, chorus, orchestra), and solos-ensembles.
Martin County High School's Tiger Regiment and Jensen Beach High School's Falcon Pride Band will compete against nine other schools from surrounding counties.
Admission is $6 cash at the door. Performances will begin at 4:00 p.m. after the National Anthem is played by our middle school band students. See you there!

MCHS Alert: Families: We are excited about tonight's district football game! I want to share a friendly reminder that in accordance with Florida Statute Ch.1003.31, adult supervision is available 30 minutes after the conclusion of on-campus activities including tonight's home football game. If your student attends an athletic or other extracurricular event on any Martin County School District campus, they must be picked up or continue home no later than 30 minutes after the conclusion of the game or activity. In addition, middle school students will not be permitted to attend after school activities on the high school campus without a parent or legal guardian present. Thank you for your support and for adhering to these important safety-related protocols. Go Tigers!

🚍SCHOOL BUS SAFETY🚍
The Martin County School District is proud to celebrate #NationalSchoolBusSafetyWeek. School bus transportation plays a critical role in the education of our students - our buses travel more than 1.7 million miles each year!
Help promote safety in our community by exercising caution when sharing the roadways with our school buses. Limit distractions, obey all traffic laws and be mindful of students waiting at bus stops.

It's time to celebrate! The Martin County School District has retained its state designation as an Academically High-Performing School District for the third consecutive year. MCSD is one of just 16 Florida school districts - and the only district on the Treasure Coast - to earn the prestigious award for the 2020-2021 school year.
