The Murray Lions defeated the TCCA Titans this afternoon in a 2-0 game and take home the 2026 Middle School Soccer Championship!

The 8th Annual Cardboard Boat Races took over the Martin County High School pool today—and yes, there were boats that floated… and boats that absolutely did not. 😂🌊
This year was extra fun with middle school joining for the first time!
🏆 Dr. David L. Anderson Middle School swept the speed awards in middle school and also took home Most Spirited Team!
🏆 Crystal Lake Elementary School dominated the elementary speed awards, while Bessey Creek Elementary School brought the spirit and earned Most Spirited Team!

The Murray Middle School National Junior Honor Society is hosting a Beach Clean Up Service Project on Saturday, May 2, 2026, and we’re looking forward to a great morning of service and community impact! 🌎💙
✅ This is a required service activity for NJHS members
✅ Students will earn 2 volunteer service hours
The cleanup will take place from 8:00–10:30 AM at Hobe Sound Beach (off Bridge Road). We are excited to work together to help keep our beaches clean and show Murray Lion pride through service.

Students had the opportunity to explore inspiring works of art, learn about different styles and artists, and then put that inspiration into action by creating their own artwork. It was a day full of creativity, collaboration, and hands‑on learning beyond the classroom.

In February, the FFA Meat Evaluation Team placed 9th out of 28 teams in the preliminary contest, earning a spot in the top 10 and advancing to the state competition, where only the top 10 teams qualify.
This past weekend, they traveled to Gainesville to compete at the University of Florida and finished 6th overall in the state.

Students and families are invited to donate new or like‑new purses and everyday essentials to help create meaningful donations for local women’s shelters.

• Umbrellas
• Sunscreen
• Card games
