We’re all smiles thinking back on the amazing time we had celebrating Earth Day at Palm City Elementary! 🌍
Our VPK & Kindergarten students went on a colorful scavenger hunt and created beautiful suncatchers 🌸, 1st and 2nd graders explored what plants need to grow and made fun bracelets 🌱, and our 3rd–5th graders connected with nature through thoughtful observations and haiku writing ✍️.
A HUGE thank you to Mrs. Friedrichs and our wonderful Master Gardener Volunteers for helping every student get into the garden and experience hands-on outdoor learning. What a beautiful way to celebrate our planet! 🌍

🎉🐾 Exciting news from the MCSD Math Olympics! Our Palm City Elementary Wildcats shone brightly, securing an incredible **2nd place overall**! 🌟 A special shout-out to our students for their outstanding performance in the cipher round, where they took **1st place**! 🥇💡

Our students are exploring the human body—uncovering how the digestive, circulatory, and nervous systems work together to keep us going. From brain signals to heartbeats to how we process food, they’re discovering just how incredible science can be! 🧠❤️🫀

Our amazing K-Kids teamed up with our VPK students for a heartwarming and hands-on activity in our Wildcat Wildlife Garden! 🌻 These young leaders are showing that serving the school community can be fun and meaningful. 🌱

💙💚🌎🌳 Today during Earth Day our VPK classes went out and did a Earth Day cleanup on the playground and pick up all the garbage and then we had a little friend Murphy the marsh rabbit stop by at the playground!!💙💚🌎🌳
