School may be out, but nutritious meals are still in!
The Martin County School District will be serving free breakfast and lunch for all children 18 and under at select school sites starting Monday, June 2, 2025, with no income restrictions. Meal service dates and times will vary by location. Children must remain on location while they are eating their meals.
Our Summer Feeding Bus is back as well! You can find the beautiful, bright bus serving lunch at St. Lucie Mobile Village and Booker Park in Indiantown starting Monday.

Mrs. Moore’s fifth graders launched their own businesses in a hands-on entrepreneurship project! Each team created products, designed games, and set up booths for their customers — Mrs. Martin’s excited fourth graders.
With a $50 budget, shoppers explored creative offerings like:
🧵 Hand-sewn pillows
📿 Bead bracelets
🐾 Pet rocks & sock/rice buddies
🧲 3D printed trinkets
📚 Custom bookmarks
🎯 Carnival games
After the marketplace, students reflected on their journey and celebrated with a fun awards ceremony.

We celebrated 🌺 Asian Pacific Islander Month, honored our amazing 5️⃣th Grade Big Cats, and gave a heartfelt farewell to Mrs. Perrucci as she heads into retirement—thank you for your years of love and dedication! 💜
To top it all off, students earned their final PBIS PAWS reward with 🎉 Kona Ice on the last day of school - the perfect way to celebrate a year of positive behavior and Wildcat pride!

Our students teamed up to launch their own mini bridge companies—designing, budgeting, and building bridges using only toothpicks and glue. Each team faced real-world constraints and had to manage resources, balance aesthetics with strength, and pass a rigorous safety test. 🦺
💙🐾From blueprint to strength test, this hands-on challenge put collaboration, creativity, and engineering skills to the test—and the results were impressive!

🚣♂️💥 Cardboard Boat Races at Sailfish Splash! 💥🚣♀️
Our cardboard boat building project has been taking shape right here at school—designed, built, and engineered by our creative students! This Saturday at 9:00am, select 3rd–5th grade students who registered in advance will be putting their engineering skills to the test on the water!
🎉 Featuring special appearances (and some friendly competition) from: Principal Rabener, Assistant Principal Atkinson, and Master Deputy Dave Wilson.
They’re ready to bring the heat! 🔥 Are you ready to cheer them on?
🐊🦉 What an exciting day in 1st grade! Our students had a special visit from two amazing FWC Officers who brought along some wild guests—a baby alligator and an owl! 🐊🦉
The kids were thrilled to learn about these incredible animals, Florida wildlife laws, and how we can help protect them. They even got the chance to see and gently touch the baby alligator! What a fun and educational experience for all! 💚🌿 #IgniteTogetherMCSD
