Yesterday the Choir department performed in their first District MPA. Both Carillon (our advanced group) and Concert Chorale (the full choir department) received Straight Superiors in both stage performances and sight reading. THEY ARE GOING TO STATES!

Celebrating Student Success! Yesterday, both the concert and symphonic bands traveled to Sebastian River to perform for the annual Concert Band Music Performance Assessment. Students go through a rigorous process of learning and refining 3 concert selections and perform them on stage for a panel of three adjudicators. After their performance on stage they make their way into the sight-reading room where the students are then tested on their ability to play two pieces of music that they have never seen before. We extremely proud of the students and their accomplishments. This year the Concert Band received straight excellence on stage and a superior in sight-reading. The symphonic band received a superior on stage and in the sight-reading room combining for an Overall superior rating.

South Fork Saint Baldrick's 2022 took place today. Students and staff shaved their heads, to raise money for the cause. There is still as chance to donate and help give kids with cancer the long, healthy lives. Use the Link to do so: https://www.stbaldricks.org/events/SFHS2022
